Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped by An Post – Registered Post. Stocked items are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. It’s just me running the show so during particularly busy periods this can extend be delayed.
As soon as your order is on the way to you I’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please Note: All transactions are processed in Euro.

Please make sure to give me a valid email address and telephone number when you order – if there are any issues that could affect your delivery, I’ll need to be able to get in contact with you quickly.
There is free shipping worldwide on all orders over €100.00.
Delivery times may vary, depending on the destination. Typically:
- Ireland: 1-2 Working days
- UK: 2-4 Working days
- Rest of Europe: 3-5 Working days
- US, Canada: 4-7 Working days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-10 Working days
*Please allow longer close to Christmas. The packages will be sent out as normal, but in my experience, some postal services on the receiving end will be overloaded and slow down considerably.
Christmas delivery deadlines
To be sure your package arrives on time be sure to get your order in on time. The last dates for shipping are:
- Republic of Ireland – December 21, 2018
- Northern Ireland – December 20, 2018
- Europe – December 17, 2018
Great Britain – December 19, 2018
- USA – December 12, 2018
- Rest of World – December 10, 2018
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please email me at email@example.com and let me know that you would like a refund and I will help you with the return.
My policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items with obvious signs of use;
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you an email to notify you that I’ve received your returned item. I’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at email@example.com and I’ll give you the delivery instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To return your product please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
